Receta Banana Pudding Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Pillsbury Lite Cake mix
- 1 c. Sugar
- 15 ounce Crushed pineapple
- 1 pkt Dream Whip, prepared
- 4 ounce Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 x Bananas
- 1/2 c. Grapenuts
- 6 x Maraschino cherries
- 3 x Egg Beaters
Direcciones
- Spray a 9 x 13" cake pan with non-fat cooking spray. Pregeat oven to 350F. Prepare cake using 3 Egg Beaters (3/4 c). While cake is baking, mix sugar and pineapple in a saucrpan; boil 5 min. Remove cake from oven and prick top with fork. Pour pineapple mixtureover the top of cake. Cold completely. Prepare instant pudding with skim lowfat milk as directed on package. Spread on top of cooled cake. Slice bananas and place over top of pudding. Spread prppared Dream Whip over bananas. Sprinkle grape-nuts over the top. Slice the cherries in half and place on top of Dream Whip. Distribute proportionately over the top.
