Ingredients: 2 sm Bananas, ripe; 1 pkt Yellow Cake Mix; 1 pkt Banana Pudding Mix; 4 x Large eggs; 1 c. Water; 1/4 c. Oil; 1/2 c. Minced Nuts, optional

Ingredientes

2 sm Bananas, ripe
1 pkt Yellow Cake Mix
1 pkt Banana Pudding Mix
4 x Large eggs
1 c. Water
1/4 c. Oil
1/2 c. Minced Nuts, optional

Direcciones

Slice bananas into large mixer bowl; beat till well mashed.
Add in remaining ingredients. Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 min.
Pour into well-greased and floured 10" tube or possibly Bundt pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 min.
Cold in pan at least 15 min. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if you like.
