- 3 c. skim lowfat milk or possibly rice lowfat milk
- 1 c. arborio rice (arborio, sweet,etc)
- 3 x Bananas mashed (I assume
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

- Preheat over to 350F. Mix all together well and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, stirring occasionally, till rice is tender.
