  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar firmly packed
  • 4 x Ripe bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated orange peel
  • 1/2 c. White rum
  • 1/4 c. Creme de banana (or possibly any liqueur) Vanilla ice cream

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter and sugar in a large skillet. Peel bananas, split lengthwise and add in to skillet in a single layer. Saute/fry, turning once, till tender. Add in orange peel, rum and creme de banana. Ignite! Stand back from the skillet to avoid flames. Remove from heat and spoon sauce over till flame burns out.
  2. Serve at once with vanilla ice cream.
