Receta Barbecue French Bread Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 x 16-ounce loaf French bread
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil or possibly oil
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 2 c. Thinly sliced cooked pork, about 10 ounce
- 1 med Onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 3/4 c. Barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Muenster cheese, about 6 ounce
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut bread in half lenthwise. Place, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic. Brush on cut surface of bread halves.
- In medium saucepan, combine pork, onion and barbecue sauce. Cook 5-8 min or possibly till mix is warm and onion is tender, stirring frequently.
- Spoon pork mix proportionately onto each bread half; top with cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 15-20 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
