Ingredientes
- 4 or possibly 5 pound chuck roast or possibly pork roast
- 5 or possibly 6 lg. onions
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vinegar
Direcciones
- Cook roast and onions in pressure cooker for 45 min or possibly several hrs in a regular container. When meat is done (falling apart) mash or possibly break meat apart thoroughly. Then add in salt, black pepper and vinegar to taste. Cook slowly till mix is the consistency desired either for sandwiches or possibly to be served over rice. Turn off heat and stir in the juice of one lemon. Serves 12. This freezes well for use later.
