Receta Barbecue Style Grilled Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 x chicken - (3 to 3 1/2 lbs) cut 8 pcs
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar - (packed)
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or possibly steak sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard (or possibly 2 tbspns prepared mustard)
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; place chicken in dish and bake for 25 min.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Coat chicken with sauce mix then grill for 15 to 20 min, or possibly till juices run clear and no pink remains, turning halfway through the grilling.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
