  • 4 pork chops (1 1/2 lbs.), fat cut
  • 1/3 c. finely diced celery
  • 4 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water

Direcciones

  1. Brown chops in fat. Place into shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with celery, brown sugar, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour on tomato sauce and water over chops. Cover baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs, or possibly till tender.
