Receta Barbecued Lamb Chops

Ingredientes
- 8 x loin lamb chops 1-1 1/2 inches thick
- 1 x yellow onion (minced]
- 1 x green bell pepper [Minced]
- 1/4 c. Armenian or possibly Italian parsley [minced]
- 1/2 c. red wine salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp fresh mint leaves [minced]
- 1 tsp fresh basil leaves [minced]
Direcciones
- Place the lamb chops in a covered casserole and cover with the rest of the ingredients.
- Let sit refrigerated overnight. Barbecue the lamb chops [ Charred rare] on a charcoal grill. [No hickory or possibly mesquite] Save the marinade mix and cook
- In abulghour (bulgur) pilaf* that would be an excellent side dish.
