Ingredientes
- 1 x Fillet deer, skin and sinews removed Extra virgin olive oil, sufficient to cover the fillets entirely
- 6 x Bay leaves
- 2 x Cloves garlic, finely sliced Black pepper
Direcciones
- Take the fillet and slice horizontally through the middle and open out. Lay the fillets in a plastic bag and thin the fillets out with a meat hammer.
- Marinade the fillets in the marinade mix above, for 12 hrs before cooking.
- Barbecue each fillet for about 10 seconds on each side.
