Ingredients: 4 lb spareribs; 1/4 c. ketchup; 1 tsp dry mustard; 1/4 c. dark rum; 2 x cloves garlic crushed; 1 c. brown sugar packed; 1/4 c. soy sauce; 1/2 c. chili sauce; 1/4 c. worcestershire sauce dash pepper

Ingredientes

4 lb spareribs
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 c. dark rum
2 x cloves garlic crushed
1 c. brown sugar packed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. worcestershire sauce dash pepper

Direcciones

Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1 1/2 hrs at 350x. Unwrap and drain drippings. Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake at 350x for 30 minutes., basting with sauce, or possibly grill 30 minutes., turning and basting.
