- 1 c. Barley -- rinsed and cooked according to package directions
- 13 ounce White Tuna in Water -- liquid removed
- 1/2 lb Green Beans -- cooked and cut into 1" pcs
- 1/2 sm Red Onion -- thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. Black Nicoise Olives -- pitted
- 2 x Large eggs -- hardboiled Dressing
- 5 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 4 x Anchovies -- chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard Pepper
- 6 x Wedges Lemon
Direcciones
- Combine barley and tuna. Add in remaining salad ingredients.
- Mix the dressing ingredients.
- Toss with the barley mix. Refrigeratewell.
