Receta Barley Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Finely Minced Onion
- 2 x Garlic Cloves, minced fine
- 1/2 c. Dry Whole Barley
- 1 x 28 Ounce Can Minced Tomatoes
- 6 c. Vegetable Broth
- 1 c. Finely Minced Celery
- 1 c. Carrots, Cut Into 1/4" Cubes
- 1/2 tsp Celery Salt
- 1 tsp Mrs Dash
- 1 tsp Nature's Seasoning Or possibly Spike Seasoning
- 1 x Knorr Bouillon Cube
- 1/8 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Dry Thyme
- 2 Tbsp. Minced Parsley
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic till limp. Add in to other ingredients except parsley in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil, lower heat and cook for 45 min to 1 hour. Sprinkle with parsley.
