Receta Basic Fried Fish

Ingredientes
- 4 (16 ounce.) fillets
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Heat fat. Beat egg slightly and add in lowfat milk. Dip fish in mix, set on towels. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Shake fish individually in a paper bag containing flour. Fry in fat till brown.
