Receta Basic Marinade
Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. catsup
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- Garlic pwdr and black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients and use with beef, pork, or possibly chicken. Marinate for at least 3-4 hrs. Increase marinating time for more flavor. Marinate in refrigerator, unless recipe indicates otherwise. When broiling or possibly grilling use remaining marinade for basting.
