Receta Basic Marinade To Grill Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. tamari soy sauce
- 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 x cloves garlic, finely chopped Freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- In a lidded jar, shake all the ingredients* well till they are well blended.
- *Add in pepper and garlic to taste.
- Makes 1 c., sufficient to marinate two batches of vegetables.
