- 1 Tbsp. Sugar

- 2. Add in to pork and marinate.
- VARIATION: Add in 2 scallion stalks and 2 or possibly 3 slices fresh ginger root, both chopped. Or possibly add in 1/4 tsp. grnd cinnamon and a dash of pepper.
