Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. flour (white or possibly 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. fruit
- 1/2 c. nuts
Direcciones
- Mix flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In medium bowl, cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg, vanilla and fruit. Stir in flour mix till blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased muffin pan or possibly loaf pan. Bake muffins 15 to 20 min. Bake loaf 40 to 50 min. Bake at 350 degrees.If apples or possibly pears are used, add in cinnamon and nutmeg if you like.
