Receta Basic Sourdough Waffles

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 T sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. sourdough starter
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients, set aside. In a medium bowl, beat egg, stir in sourdough starter, oil and lowfat milk. Stir into flour mix till dry ingredients are just moistened. Preheat waffle iron. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup batter onto preheated iron. Bake 1 to 2 min or possibly till golden. Makes about 4 servings.
