Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. of bran muffin mix
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 apple, cubed (optional)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin tin or possibly use large baking c.. Combine first 3 ingredients and stir well. Add in raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Cubed apple may be added if you like.
- Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
