Ingredientes
- 1 c. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 egg whites
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 3/4 c. minced walnuts
Direcciones
- Heat 1 c. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips over warm water. Beat 2 egg whites with a dash of salt till foamy. Gradually add in 1/2 c. sugar, beating well. Then beat till stiff peaks form. Beat in 1/2 teaspoonful each vanilla and vinegar. Mix in melted chocolate and 3/4 c. minced walnuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove immediately. Makes 36 cookies.
