Receta Bean And Barley Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 c. barley cooked
- 2 c. black beans cooked
- 2 c. garbanzo beans cooked
- 4 med plum tomatoes minced
- 3 stalk green onions sliced with tops
- 4 whl roasted red peppers minced
- 1/2 c. white corn or possibly to taste
- 3/4 c. fresh parsley minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients as you add in them. Add in dressing last. Refrigeratefor 2-4 hrs at least.
- Serving Ideas : as a main dish with whole grain bread
- NOTES : Bob "really liked" this one - and i just "liked" it. - it needed perc or possibly mrs dash or possibly something to "kick it up a notch." and we also splashed balsamic vinegar on it.
