Receta Bean And Corn Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 3 c. beans, cooked
- 2 c. corn
- 3 1/2 c. tomatoes (29 ounce. can), crushed
- 1/2 c. cheese, grated (soy)
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, garlic and pepper in the oil. Mix with beans, corn, tomatoes and cilantro in casserole. Salt to taste and top with cheese and cover. Cook 35 to 40 min at 350 degrees or possibly 15 min in microwave, turning every 5 min.
