- 2 tsp walnut oil
- 1 lb bean sprouts
- 6 x green onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
- 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
Direcciones
- In a wok or possibly a large, non-stick skillet, heat oil. Rinse bean sprout under cool water. Saute/fry green onions about 3 min; stir in sprouts to heat through.
- Toss with soy sauce. Garnish with parsley and sunflower seeds. Food
