Receta Bean Sprouts With Green Onions
Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
- 8 green onions, with tops, finely minced
- 2 cans (1 pound size) bean sprouts, liquid removed
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. finely minced parsley
Direcciones
- 1. In warm butter, in wok or possibly large skillet, saute/fry minced green onion over low heat, stirring occasionally, till golden brown and tender, about 3 min.
- 2. Stir in bean sprouts. When heated thoroughly, add in soy sauce. Just before serving, sprinkle with minced parsley. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
