Receta Grandma Mange's Ground Cherry Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 crust 9" pie
- Melted butter
- Grnd cherries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon or possibly 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 1/2 teaspoon tapioca
Direcciones
- Brush lower crust with melted butter. Fill with grnd cherries. Cover with 3/4 c. sugar, juice of 1 lemon or possibly 1/4 c. lemon juice. Sprinkle 2 1/2 tsp. tapioca over. Cover with top crust. Bake 10 min at 450 degrees and then at 350 degrees for 30 min. Serves 6.
