Receta Beef In Vinegar Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3/4 pound flank or possibly round steak, cut across grain into 1/8 x 2 inch strips
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg white
- 4 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 stalks green onions, cut finely, 1/4 inch pcs
Direcciones
- Heat 2 Tbsp. of oil, using high heat, and stir-fry beef mix for a minute. Remove and drain. Heat 2 more Tbsp. of oil and stir-fry ginger and green onions till ginger becomes golden brown. Add in sauce mix and cooked beef mix. Stir-fry additional 15 seconds. Add in sesame oil and mix well. Serve warm.
