Receta Beef Ka Bobs

Ingredientes
- 2 pound beef tip, cut into 1 1/4 inch cubes
- 10 1/2 ounce. can beef consomme
- 1/3 c. dry white wine or possibly apple juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Direcciones
- Heat consomme, wine, soy sauce, garlic and onion to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 min. Cold. Pour mix onto beef. Cover and chill. Spoon mix over beef occasionally for at least 3 hrs or possibly overnight. Thread beef cubes on skewer. Stir marinade gradually into cornstarch in a sauce pan. Cook stirring constantly till mix thickens. Boil for 1 minute. Brush over kabobs. Set oven to broil. Broil kabobs about 4 inches from heat. Broil for 7 min, turn, brush with sauce and broil 7 min more. Place on warm platter, spoon on remaining sauce.
