Ingredients: 2 c. Sugar; 2 c. Raisins; 3/4 c. Shortening; 2 1/2 c. Water; 1 tsp Baking soda; 2 tsp Cinnamon; 1 c. Heavy cream; 5 c. Flour; 2 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Baking soda; 2 c. Minced nuts

Ingredientes

2 c. Sugar
2 c. Raisins
3/4 c. Shortening
2 1/2 c. Water
1 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Heavy cream
5 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking pwdr
1 tsp Baking soda
2 c. Minced nuts

Direcciones

Combine in large saucepan, sugar, raisins, shortening, water, 1 tsp. baking soda and cinnamon; boil 20 min. Cold. Add in heavy cream, flour, baking pwdr, 1 tsp. soda and minced nuts; blend thoroughly. Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till cake tests done. Cold and top with white butter frosting, or possibly as desired.
