Receta Beef Kabobs With Garlic Lime Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 x cloves garlic chopped Or possibly
- 2 tsp chopped garlic, in water
- 1 lb boneles beef sirloin steak in 1" pcs
- 1 med yellow summer squash in 12 slices
- 1 med green or possibly red bell pepper in 1" pcs
Direcciones
- Heat grill. In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all sauce ingredients. Shake well.
- When ready to barbecue, alternately thread beef, squash and bell pepper on six 12" metal skewers. Place kabobs on gas grill over Medium-High heat or possibly on charcoal grill 4-6" from Medium High coals. Cook 10-15 min or possibly till beef is desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with sauce.
- Broiler Directions: Prepare recipe as directed. Place kebobs on broiler pan. Broil 4-6 inches from heat, 10-15 min or possibly till beef is of desired doneness, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with sauce.
