Receta Beef Lo Mein

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound egg noodles
- 1 pound lean hamburger
- 4 teaspoon Puritan oil
- 4 teaspoon soy sauce
- Healthy pinch of pepper
- 1 onion, finely minced
- Oil for frying
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 4 teaspoon cornstarch
Direcciones
- 1. Boil the noodles in salted water till tender. Strain and set aside.
- 2. Mix together the oil, soy sauce and pepper. Marinate the beef in this mix for 2 min.
- 3. Saute/fry the onion and garlic in a little warm oil for 2 min. Add in the beef and cook for another 2 min, or possibly till beef is cooked. Add in salt and mix well.
- 4. Mix together the water, sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch and add in to the beef mix. Cook till cornstarch is clear.
- 5. Add in the noodles and mix well. Serve immediately.
