Receta Beef Mushroom Loaf

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce.) can minced mushrooms
- Lowfat milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash pepper
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. light corn syrup

- Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to mushroom liquid to make 1/2 c..
- In mixing bowl, combine liquid, egg, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and bread crumbs. Let stand 5 min. Stir in beef and mushrooms. Mix lightly but thoroughly.
- Shape into loaf in 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
- Combine ketchup and corn syrup. Brush on meat loaf. Bake meat loaf 15 more min.
