Receta Beef Pot Roast
Ingredientes
- 3-4 pound beef roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put 1/2 can of soup on a double piece of foil, large sufficient to wrap around roast.
- On top, put 1/2 of the package of dry onion soup mix.
- Put roast on that and add in remaining soup and onion to top of roast.
- Wrap in foil and place in shallow pan.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour per lb..
- Makes roast and gravy all in one. Also a good way to fix chicken.
