Receta Beef Salad Sandwich
Ingredientes
- 3 lbs. boneless beef eye of round roast (steak)
- 8 ounce plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. finely minced green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1/2 recipe (4) sandwich rounds
- 1 recipe marinated vegetable toss

- Cut beef into slices. Sprinkle beef with liquid mix from marinated vegetable toss one side at time, rub together and let stand 30 min. Broil. Cover and refrigerate beef 3 hrs. Put together yogurt, onion and dill. Cover and refrigerate 3 hrs. Before serving, slice beef into bite size strips. Spread some yogurt mix on inside of round; place some beef and marinated vegetable toss in round. Now you have a wonderful beef salad sandwich rich in vitamins and nutrition.
