Receta Crock Pot German Short Ribs

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 lb beef short ribs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 med onions sliced
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 c. chili sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. flour cooked wide noodles (kept hot)
Direcciones
- Coat ribs in mix of 2 Tablespoons flour with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides. In crockpot combine the ribs and the rest of the ingredients except for the 2 Tablespoons flour. Cook on low for 9 hours. Turn control to high . Thicken with 2 Tablespoons flour mixed with a little water. Cook on high for 15 min. Serve over wide noodles
