Receta Beef With Blackbean Sauce And Noodles

Ingredientes

  • 500 gm rump steak cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. sunflower oil
  • 2 x heaped tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 150 gm rnangetout
  • 1 x red pepper seeded cut into slivers
  • 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 200 gm jar of black bean sauce oriental noodles to serve soy sauce or possibly sesame oil optional

Direcciones

  1. Heat a wok or possibly deep frying pan.
  2. Meanwhile mix together tbe beef 1 tbsp oil and the ginger stirring to coat.
  3. Once the wok is extremely warm add in the beef (in 2 batches if necessary: don't crowd the pan). Stir fry for about 2 min then remove to a dish; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Wipe the wok clean witb kitchen paper then reheat it till it is very warm.
  5. Add in the remaining oil.
  6. Stir fry the mangetout and red pepper for about 2 min then add in the sherry.
  7. Return the beef (with a slotted spoon) to the pan witb tbe black bean sauce.
  8. Toss everything together to heat through that should take about 12 min.
  9. Cook the noodles according to the packet drain and season according to taste with a dash or possibly two of sesame oil.Serve with the beef.
  10. Remember to reheat the wok or possibly pan till very warm after frying the beef and before adding the vegetables.
  11. Serves 4
