Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- a (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cans flaky biscuits
- Salt, pepper & parsley
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef, onion, salt and pepper and parsley (optional). Drain. Mix tomato sauce, lowfat sour cream, 1 c. Cheddar cheese and 1 egg. Add in grnd beef and onion. Layer biscuits. Pour grnd beef mix over biscuits and top with other can of biscuits. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 min or possibly till brown.
