Ingredientes
- 6 x Sirloin steaks
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Grainy mustard
- 1 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 1 x Onion, finely minced
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 c. Beer
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer for 10 min, cold.
- Pour mix over steaks. Let stand 1 to 2 hrs, turning steaks occasionally.
- Barbecue till golden on both sides.
