  1. Cook potatoes in skins till tender. When cold peel and dice. Add in celery & onion and season to taste with salt. Blend mayo with mustard, and warm pepper sauce. Gradually stir in beer. Add in parsley. Pour over potato mix. Mix lightly. Chill for 2+ hrs for flavors to meld.
  2. This is the best potato salad I have ever tasted! My husband doesn't really enjoy the taste of beer too much and he thought this stuff was the best potato salad he had ever had.
