Receta Spring Vegetable Pizza

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 c. thinly sliced leek, (about 2 large)
- 1Â 1/2 c. 1 inch sliced asparagus, (about 1 lb.)
- 1Â 1/2 tsp minced fresh or possibly 1/2 tsp. dry sage
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 c. torn spinach
- 1 x italian cheese-flavored pizza crust, (such as boboli) (10-oz)
- 1/4 c. goat cheese, (2 ounces)
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 .
- 2. Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in leek and asparagus; saut, 5 min or possibly till lightly browned. Stir in sage, salt, and pepper.
- 3. Arrange spinach over crust; leave a 1-inch border. Top with leek mix; sprinkle with cheese. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10 min.
- Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 2 slices).
