- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Warm water - 3/4 cup + 3/4 cup
- All purpose flour/maida - 3 cups
- Salt - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- For the filling
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves - 2,minced
- Onion - 1 big,finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 3 medium,finely chopped
- Bell peppers - 3,1 each of red,green and yellow-cubed
- Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Dried Basil - 1/2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 gms,grated
- Egg - 1,beaten(optional)
