Ingredientes
- 1/2 x green bell pepper seeded and cut into
- 6 x strips
- 1/2 x red bell pepper seeded and cut into
- 6 x strips
- 1/2 x yellow bell pepper seeded and cut into
- 6 x strips
- 3/4 c. shredded reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese (3 1 ounces )
- 2 Tbsp. minced ripe olives
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Direcciones
- Cut bell pepper strips crosswise in half. Arrange close together in ungreased broilerproof pie pan, 9 1 1/4 inches, or possibly ovenproof serving dish. Sprinkle with cheese, olives and red pepper.
- Set oven control to broil. Broil peppers with tops 3 to 4 inches from heat about 3 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
