- 1/4 c. Peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Minced ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. Minced celery
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 dsh Salt and pepper

- Combine all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and process till smooth.
