Receta Veal Or Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound boiled ham, sliced
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
- 12 pcs veal or possibly chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
- Flour
- Large eggs, beaten
- Bread crumbs

- Cut ham and cheese into strips. Lay cutlets on table. Put a strip of ham and cheese on each cutlet, then roll tight. Add in a toothpick to hold together if needed. Use three bowls, one for flour, one for bread crumbs, and one for Large eggs. Roll meat in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs.
- Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry rolled meat till brown. Place sauteed rolls in a roasting pan and cook in a 400 degree F. oven for about 20 min. Servings: 12-14.
