  • 1 (16.5 ounce) can Oregon blueberries, well liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of salt
  • 1 T vegetable oil

Direcciones

  1. Sift together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt. Beat egg and add in lowfat milk and oil. Pour into flour mix and stir only till smooth. Pour into greased 9 inch pan. Scatter well-drained berries over batter. Sprinkle combined topping ingredients over berries. Bake in 375 degree oven about 40 min or possibly till toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Best served warm.Extra delicious if served with hot berry syrup: mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 1/4 cup juice liquid removed from berries. Add in remainder of juice and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till syrup thickens and comes to a boil.
