Receta Bess Ferguson's Apple Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. Sifted all purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Minced apple, or possibly more
Direcciones
- Cream shortening, sugar, egg and vanilla till light and fluffy. Shift flour, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon together. Add in to butter mix with lowfat milk. Beat till smooth. Stir in minced apple, with peel on. Bake about 20 minutes. at 400 degrees. (Makes 12 muffins.)
