Receta Bess Truman's Ozark Pudding

Ingredientes
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
- 1 x Cooking apple, peeled
- 4 Tbsp. Rum
- 1 pch Salt
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Beat the already beaten egg with sugar till light in color. In a seperate bowl, sift flour baking pwdr and salt.
- Blend with the egg mix and mix in the apple, nuts, and vanilla. Pour into a greased shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish and bake 30 min. At serving time, whip the cream, flavor with rum and garnish the cooled pudding.
