Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- Sugar
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, flour, salt, soda and spices; stir lightly. Cut in shortening to resemble coarse crumbs. Stir in molasses and egg. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove from baking sheet immediately. Yields 4 1/2 dozen.
