Receta Best Ever Oatmeal, Coconut, Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flake coconut
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix all dry ingredients together in bowl. Then add in oil, egg, and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Drop by tsp. onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Let cold slightly before removing from pan.
