Receta Best Ever Peach Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 2-3 c. sliced peaches
- 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. tapioca
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Place peaches in 2 qt casserole. Sprinkle with lemon peel and juice and tapioca. Mix dry ingredients with egg and lowfat milk. Spoon over peaches. Bring to boil sugar, water and 2 Tbsp. butter. Pour over batter. Bake 45 min, 350 degrees. Good using other fruit also.
